How it Works

This is an opportunity to set yourself a goal and drive yourself towards it; under the guidance of ELM training principles, methods and philosophy. Weekly check ins allow us to assess your progress and alter anything along the way in order to overcome obstacles and maximise your results. You will also have 24/7 email access which allows you to ask questions or check in.

How it starts

When contacting ELM, we will book you in for a phone consult, “the break through”. This is where we get a deep understanding of you. Allow us to gain an understanding of your target, goals, obstacles and which areas you want to improve the most. From there, we move on to the “getting started” stage, where we begin building your most important empire, YOU.

Nutrition

Stop stressing about working out Calories and Macros! Let Elm calculate them for you! Nutrition is equally important to training, and without the proper dietary intake, you could be wasting away all that hard work in the gym. Elm tailors your diet plans to offer great tasting meals with various food options to choose from. Nutrient timing and supplementation advice is all-inclusive, and includes detailed instructions on how to prepare your meals for success and on the go.

Training

Every workout program includes the intended number of Reps, Sets and Rest Periods as well as detailed explanations on how to perform every exercise. Elm training principles are deeply imprinted within these workouts and are explained in great detail in every session of your program. This allows you to gain an understanding of the mindset needed to make changes occur. In your program you will receive a workout routine which is carefully planned to ensure you don’t over train muscle groups as well as being tailored specifically to work best with your occupation, lifestyle and training time.

Supplementation

At Elm we only use and recommend the best and safest products in the world. We are able to design you a specific nutrition and supplementation protocol to ensure you maximise your results; whether your goal is weight loss, strength, increased muscle mass or to get more out of life. At Elm, our goal is to teach and educate you on nutrition and supplementation and the role they play in your journey to success. ELM Case Studies

Don Mendoza

Don began training with ELM after he and his friend were approached by coach Versace and given some helpful advice on the form used for the exercise they were performing. He was given an initial introduction to the ELM program, and after some thought decided to give it a go, as he had been training for a year before ELM and hadn’t seen the results he was looking for.

Don’s goals for training were to achieve a better level of health, as he had already used training as a way to improve high cholesterol and fatty liver in the past. He also wanted to become more toned and fit; in training before he found that he was becoming bigger, but not necessarily toned. By having a coach to train him, he is able to gain the benefits of having the right nutrition and diet plan, the tailored exercise program to encourage discipline, and the improved posture and technique to maximise results.

Don has found the experience overwhelming; his coach Versace pushes him much harder than he has ever pushed himself. It’s hard work to be pushed past your limits, but as Don says, “no pain, no gain!”. So far, Don has realised the benefits of more energy day to day; he has also benefited in his work life from meal preparation making him more organised.

Nigel Mace

Nigel was working out on his own with his housemate at the gym, but wasn’t really getting the progress he wanted. He was approached by coach Versace and given advice on his training and an introduction to the ELM foundation program.

Nigel’s goals were to lean up and to look toned and in shape. Even in his fifties he desired to put on some muscle and have a decent looking physique. He found the ELM holistic approach to be a positive experience. His coach Versace was good to work and communicate with. The program included both a structured exercise program tailored to him and a nutrition and diet plan to follow.

So far, Nigel has felt a lot more energised and has found increased focus in other areas of his life. The properly structured program not only created progress in his training and physique, but had a flow on effect also; The structure and routine introduced by training served as a catalyst for more organisation in other activities and life in general. He has found that he is now consistently eating better food, and using his time effectively in the gym with exercises that are aimed at his goals.

Leigh Lewis

Leigh wanted to increase muscle mass and strength, but was ignorant on how to exercise properly at the gym. As he needed somebody who had the knowledge and expertise of how to achieve that, he reached out to ELM through the recommendation of his friend Alex.

ELM provided Leigh with a foundation of knowledge, and tailored programs to follow that inspired him to train. He was also provided a nutrition plan based on his hormones and goals. He was also educated on what is a good and bad food and the science behind why.

Leigh has been with ELM for three months now. In the beginning, he didn’t know how to squat whatsoever – but thanks to his coach Versace, he can now squat 75kg with excellent form. This is a big improvement and sure to increase over time. He also presented a shoulder injury, but ELM programs are personalised and so he was able to get the most out of his sessions without aggravating it further.

Leigh has seen the benefits of training; his friends and co-workers have observed that he has become more assertive and confident. His libido has increased, and his new diet and lifestyle has reduced brain fog and increased focus during everyday activity.
