Our Story
ELM Group was founded on a simple but powerful insight: that most wellness, fitness, and lifestyle businesses treat transformation as a transaction — a program sold, a space rented, a service rendered — with no real connection between them.
We built something different. A group where fitness coaching, wellness accommodation, and interior design are not separate businesses but complementary expressions of a single philosophy: that how you move, where you rest, and how your spaces are built all work together to shape who you become.

Group Structure
ELM Group is part of CSR Holdings (PT. Cahaya Sejahtera Rezeki), our parent company operating across Indonesia and Australia. CSR Holdings brings together ELM Group's lifestyle brands and Henny Riyadi & Associates, an affiliated tax, accounting, and legal consultancy for foreign investors navigating both markets.
Our People
ELM Group is led by Sophia (Executive Director) and Wayne (ELMFit Product CEO), supported by Wina (Marketing Director) and a small, focused team across Melbourne and Jakarta. We run as a tight group: high standard, low noise.
